Rude inexperienced management, bad product, they hire gullible people, make them work a lot and hire to fire. They lack processes, technical leadership and experience. No benefits, no appreciation for work, no pay for extra hours, work/life balance is very bad, they believe employees to have no life. Work hours are over 12 hours with frequent useless travels to the borders with no outcomes. Product development at it's worst.

some good talent was here but because people are quitting back to back, this pro is no longer there.

Every other month salary gets delayed, sometimes by a few days, sometimes by a month and all kinds of excuses are made about it. If you ask too many questions, you are abused or asked to leave

Dear Writer, We give salaries every month by the 28th and we take great proud in being a company that does that. It is offensive by the very fact because of all organisations CRON has never been late in posting salaries and I am more than happy to send you a screenshot of the transactions where not even a single month your salary has come post the 28th of the month. We had a delay one month in which all of you were given 50% of your salary on 1st. Please share with us the delays you got in salaries and who abused you because we will go for getting them out of the system. But anyway, we believe transparency is important and would love a reply to know who abused you and what salary of yours has been delayed. About good people leaving, no one has left CRON in recent past and the restructuring was done with better talent in place. Let me know your feedback.. Thanks!

1) You will start loving/missing your home more. 2) The exposure you will get here will certainly help you getting a breakthrough in politics.

Cons

1) Product too much outdated. 2) No management 3) C level lacks everything but ego. 4) No vision , they keep downgrading their current product. 5) Company has strong foundation (built on lies).
