Pros

It's a steady paycheck.

Cons

They offered absolutely nothing past a straight hourly wage. No chance for a raise ever. At one point a woman in HR ignored my attempted contact for weeks. Just to tell me what they advertised isn't offered and personally insulted my mother. Who does this in business? Not one concern about this from management despite repeated attempts. When they finally offered health insurance (pre Obamacare) it was terribly expensive. My personal plan at the time was 40% less than what they offered with much better coverage on my end. I have the feeling they went with the most expensive plan they could find knowing nobody could afford it with what they pay.

First, I would like to apologize for this delayed response. I want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am very sorry that your experience with The CRS Group did not match our intention of being a great experience for our consultants. We are taking your feedback and addressing your concerns about benefits and living up to what we advertise. We are in the process of developing a survey for all of our consultants in the hopes that we can continue to work on these areas and create an excellent experience for our consultants, as well as developing our Consultant Care Program. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Attractive public waiting room, office park grounds are nice. CRS has a generous vacation/time off policy, and good insurance benefits. Many of the ground level employees are great to work with.

Cons

Advice to potential contractors: Don't go here, if you value your privacy! Each day, an email update is sent to ALL employees (not just HR), regarding pre-hiring checks on contractors who have been issued new job offers. Often these background checks are a matter of discussion openly throughout the office, exposing confidential personal information about new hires. Misogynistic management. Unqualified men always promoted over women. These promotions are justified by manipulating teams, clients and assignments, to the advantage of male employees. Workforce is primarily female, but only one female VP. Harassing behavior of some male employees is also condoned.

Our employees’ privacy, safety, and overall well-being are paramount. We feel that we have created an environment that supports this by having a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to any kind of harassment. We have always encouraged anyone who feels they may be experiencing harassment of any kind to speak with Human Resources, and we emphasize our HR department’s Open-Door Policy to each and every one of our employees. The security of confidential data is critical and handled entirely by the qualified personnel, which is why only status updates stating whether a checkpoint in the onboarding process is complete or incomplete, is provided to those onboarding our consultants, and no further details are shared regarding anyone’s background information throughout the onboarding process. We also believe in promoting from within for those who exceed expectations in results and those who add value to our overall mission of client and consultant success. We believe wonderful, new ideas can come from anyone in our office, and we consistently encourage collaboration. We will continue to strive to exceed client expectations and partner with our employees to foster an environment of excellence.

Pros

I had the pleasure of working with Sue. When the agency first called me I was a little skeptical because I've never used an agency before and I'm no teenager at 47. After conversing with Susan, I decided to go forward and I mean to tell you.....she was professional and pleasant to work with and sent me a ton of information which help me prepare for this wonderful interview, that I was blessed with the opportunity for !!!!!!! THREE days later, I got the job offer that I've been in search of for the last SIX years. " OLD DOGS CAN LEARN NEW TRICKS " This is a highly professional organization that does a phenomenal job, so, I would highly recommend them !!!!! ASK FOR SUSAN.....Good luck in your search.......

Cons

You have to be patient and tell them all your back round so they can search the best job for you. It's not always a brief phone call.
