      Can have a laugh with management and participant's, everyone works as a team.

      Not enough hours Not offered enough participants in my area Having to drive an hour to work going through 2 tolls there and 2 tolls back

      There are none that I can think of.

      Cons

      Dishonest. They send out misleading job offers that require financial investment with potentially no return. Basically they selling product for other companies and disguising it by acting like it is a money earning job offer to which one doesn't find out till after they've wasted their time. Very cruel thing to do during a deadly pandemic where many people have lost their job.
