Good for Learning, Don't take for too long

1. Very good for average/poor academics background applicants. 2. Very good for beginners or candidates having poor exposure of Indian demography/Business/Govt. Function. 3. No tools required you will learn to drive projects without tools. (This is also a Con) 4. Oppurtunity to work/assist/lead in large scale National Programmes/Flagship Govt. Schemes.
Cons
1. Gentry (Jaatland/Low Market Value Collueges) 2. Poor/Cringe Office Politics (Mid & Senior Level) 3. No upskilling from organisation nor culture of supporting colluegues who want to upskill. 3. Increment/Bonus will be based only on refrences or very good relations with some senior staff. 4. 5 days working still Forget about your social life (I mean you cannot plan for holidays for more than 5 days untill it's your marriage/someone is dead or you had an accident.
