Cons
- Too much favoritism in this company. One employee can get away with everything and others suffer consequences for the same or lesser action. - compensation and benefits are horrid. This company will nickel and dime you for working like a slave. No PTO and no sick days. To acquire vacation days, you have to continue working like a slave and they're minuscule for the amount of hours you have to work to accumulate time. - work conditions are horrible. This company likes to cut corners and have technicians drive in unsafe vehicles. They expect work to get done even if a person doesn't have the tools to complete it efficiently or at all. - No professionalism or respect. You are not heard or listened to by higher ups. You are never praised on your good work or accomplishments but reprimanded or punished if you do one thing wrong. Inappropriate discussions and conversations that are insensitive and offensive. - the turnover rate is continuous. People have quit left and right because of poor work conditions and compensation. Due to this the people that currently work there are overloaded and have to take on more of a workload for same or less pay (than others).
