Pros

There is really nothing good I have to say except that for a few lucky people this company works.

Cons

CSG took over the company I worked for and within weeks the morale went from fantastic to abysmal. All benefits and work/life incentives were immediately cut. Performing but highly paid management staff were let go, with minimal or no severance pay, while at the same time hiring of new (cheaper) staff took place, supposedly to fill different jobs, were given projects and work of those let go. The most uncaring and unsympathetic management I have ever worked for.

Pros

A big empty office in the city.

Cons

CEO is currently facing corruption charges. Cowboy sales tactics. Zero technical resources to implement or support the mis-sold products. The plummeting share price is telling of the turmoil inside this organisation.

Don't go in there, just don't!

Pros

Many of the staff in particular the technical staff are good people and professional at what they do. Potentially a great little company for the provision of IT services with a unique service offering.

Cons

1. Lack of business strategy and coherence and always reactive to change instead of proactive. 2. Complete lack of process and governance and disparate to almost non existent business systems. Nearly all reporting internal and external is essentially manually driven. 3. Lack of appropriate resourcing to be able to effectively deliver signed deals within contracted time-frames. 4. Constant amalgamation of combining 3 roles into 1 without remuneration review and uplift. 5. No formal staff appraisal and performance reviews. I know of staff that had not had a pay increase in more than 5 years even though their roles had grown. 6. Basically complete incompetence of senior management. 7. Pending criminal charges and trial of the current and former CEO. Information about it publicly available online via various media publications. Harming the business moving forward. 8. I could go on. There is a litany of failure at CSG.
