      Sack you when they have to pay agency to keep you on then get new starters to do the same

      Pros

      Great pharmacy procedures in place on paper. Some lovely staff at the worker level and good working pattern.

      Cons

      Quick to judge and dismiss. Mistakes aren’t reflected on to prevent from reoccurring, you are punished/dismissed. Concerns raised as a qualified dispenser are shrugged off due to money being made in my opinion.
