- People who are responsible for key decisions (salary, company direction etc.). You will be reminding them about their words/promises hundreds of times and even this may not be enough. - Management is living in a different universe in which they believe all is "fine" and don't seem to be very interested in company's future growth. - In the last years, the company lost many clients as well as very strong employees because couldn't keep its words. Also because no lessons are learned and the same mistakes are done again and again. - Forget about any valuable salary growth or career progression. You will sooner realize that however hard you work, this will not be appreciated in the end. - A lot of disorganization and many things are done at the very last moment possible or not done at all. - The "smart" home technologies the company uses are somewhat overdue, although this business has a good potential to evolve. - No remote work possible only if you get really sick. - Paid, 25 cents coffee - another proof of "generosity". Why not make it free of charge... - Unfortunately, what's said in another review about lies to clients is partially true. As a result, the devs have to put hot-fixes and patches more and more often and the company looks less and less professional.
