Pros
worked almost 2 years here now and it's been a challenging but pleasant experience. Very pleasant staff and leadership. The atmosphere both literally and figuratively is pleasant as well. I feel at home here.
Cons
I tend to be overworked a bit on busy, high volume days. I would say the admin team is a little bit under staffed.
