Remote working, flexible, opportunity to travel around the globe, diverse work, tons of investment into your career/development and the best people in the industry to work with from the creatives to the producer team.
Cons
Remote work can be isolating, but the company do pay for offices if you’d like to go into the city.

Great company initiatives and culture, really good salary, team meet ups expenses paid and a one company mentality toward problems, I feel valued and listened too no matter the level of employee I engage with,
Cons
sometimes fully remote model can mean you become a little bit lonely, and as with all rapidly growing companies theres a few things they're still trying to figure out in terms of policies but that being said they are so understanding at the same time
