- Highly unreliable workflow which means that sudden unemployment is always nearby - Company is depending on their only major client for years now, meaning that if this client only sneezes once the company could very well be doomed - Terrible internal communication. Nobody knows anything, everything is a secret, things seldom go as planned. - Disastrous HR department. For a few months ago I would have said that the only thing they did get right was paying out salaries, but as it seems they have also paid people below Irish minimum wage, so HR even lost this pat on the shoulders. - No career opportunities. Nepotism and emotions prevails, and in other cases HR prefers people with no personality that will not give them any hassle.
