The owner does not care about his employees. ! All he cares about is money in his pocket, he doesn't care if you are the only person working. The way he pays his workers is a complete joke. He will find away to keep that dollar in his pocket. Jeff is an idiot, he can't figure out why he has a high turn over. If you are a good employee, don't expect anything from him but a lot of stress and a headache. You don't even get a thank you! Don't expect to get a raise on a regular bases, you practically have to beg on your knees to get one and then you will be lucky if it's a 1% on your so called commission. As for the hourly rate it's the grand Ole minimum of $7.25 . All the owner cares about is his own pocket so he can continue to live in his big 5 million dollar mansion while you work your ### off in one of his sweat shops. As long as the door is open and there is someone standing behind the chair, it doesn't matter if you are there by yourself . If you love stress, headaches and being over worked with out any appreciation and basically being treated like a piece of dirt under the bottom of the barrel with out even a thank you for working hard , or working by yourself on a Sunday , then this is the place for you .
