      TERRIBLE Work Place Environment

      The staff is very tight knit and don’t have to deal with the craziness when WFH. That’s why it’s funny that all the reviews (suspicious on the timing much) that are positive are fake because the one partner went ballistic (as usual) and flipped out and made everyone post positive reviews after several employees were honest. Read how condescending the “HR” response is to the negative reviews.

      Cons

      Where to start. Most hostile work place environment I’ve ever seen. Two of the partners make you feel terrible about yourself, one yells constantly at everyone. The morale is almost at a constant low. Their “surveys” do not help anyone who works there. Their Pay is way below industry average. They have been know to terminate people on a whim, (crazy reasons that I won’t go into). If you went to HR, they would tell the partners and well...that’s counterintuitive. Investment Strategy is meh at best.

      I am a current employee and I am giving this company zero stars. All of the reviews with regard to Senior Management/Partners are 100% true! The positive reviews were posted specifically by to counter the truth that is coming out about this company. Senior Management is hostile, rude, unprofessional, uses foul language and does not allow you to flourish and grow. You may think you are going to work in a professional office environment but is it far from one. Constant screaming and cursing is impossible to take. Very hostile work environment.

Moreover, we genuinely value all constructive criticism and are pleased to report we have never received a response such as yours through the many communication channels we provide to our team. If this were a legitimate posting, we would strongly encourage this person to meet with our Director of Human Resources to discuss transitioning from CV Advisors to a more suitable environment.

      It can be hard to deal with Senior management. Hostile environment, marked by non-stop screaming, cursing and fruitless demands. Overall a bad work space.
