Not a single one. They need to fire all their management.
Cons
I worked at CV Linens for some time and honestly cannot give you a pro. The work life balance is non existent as they have an unattainable attendance policy. And when I got FMLA to cover my behind, that found a sad excuse to let me go. Your performance raises, bonuses and advancement solely rely on how friendly you are with management. I.E make sure to keep your nose.. you know where. They consistently look for reasons to write you up with very little positive feedback to balance out the negative environment. I have nothing positive for any manager either.. they dont offer support because they are busy handling personal issues all day.
