The ceo / founder is evil! He may be a great sales man but doesn’t know how to run a company. I quit and so did many others because of him

- regular racist behaviour from director - low morale - extremely chaotic company sop, often times director would contradicts himself on company policies - unethical sales practice - fake linkedin accounts for sales outreach - fake solution performance displayed to clients & sponsors - six staff left on my last two months of employment - three of the staff had direct conflict with director and left organisation on the day - exploitation of overseas workers - exploitation of domestic workers - staff were asked to provide over 13 hours of work after being awake from 5am for events. - i advise you to have a detailed chat with the director during interview and have a chat about current employees on their satisfaction
