      Pros

      None, unless you count the nearby cashpoints and shops. Office is easy located in centre of Glasgow

      Cons

      Managers are rubbish, no clue on what processes are needed to be done on call. They put too much pressure on staff and don't are about the effect it has on physical or mental health. Several managers have breached Data Protection and yet still have their jobs. You cannot progress unless your face fits and are on personal terms with managers and higher ups. All in all, shocking. Also, HR Department is almost impossible to contact. STAY AWAY FROM CXP

      High expectations from glossy sales pitch by representative

      Cons

      IT systems shocking. Unreliable, frequently blocked access. IT support dismal. Campaigns are withdrawn at a moment's notice with expectation to carry on as normal for client although no job prospects. Frequently moving goal posts with little or no consideration for staff.

      Pros

      Not very difficult work and they pay the living wage. Managers are supportive and fair.

      Cons

      While working from home, if you have wifi or electricity problems you are not paid. Very short notice for rota and holidays. They also overcharge a lot if you damage the equipment they give you.
