      Fun, friendly, informal atmosphere with flexible working arrangements possible and plenty of time to indulge your passion for cycling & sustainable transport making a difference to the world. Overall, a very good experience.

      Cons

      Charity has a wide remit so can lack clear direction at times. Not many possibilities for advancement or promotion. Staff benefits are quite minimal.
