Was acquired by CYM living, and in the span of two years, I watched the executive leadership team make all the incorrect decisions and run it directly into the ground, after which they pointed at the old (successful) company as the reason, looking for anyone they could blame beside themselves. They have no earthly idea what they're doing and refuse to listen to the employees who do know what they're doing. As a result, there was mass exodus of competent employees, and nearly none are left. When I left, they were struggling to keep the company afloat and I'm sure it hasn't improved. If you join this company, your mental health will suffer until you decide to leave, or it goes under.
