      Bad Leadership. Unreliable products

      Great mission to create Energy Storage products and services for the Telecom market

      Cons

      Bad leadership, constantly changing priorities and treating everything with urgency. Managed by fear. CEO is rude, micromanages everything and uses curt language, often dropping the F word. Products are very unreliable, plagued with design issues due to high turnover and lack of continuity. Quick bandaids are used to address field issues.

      Pros

      Nothing much to say to be honest here. Started from 12 assembly folks down to 3. The Warehouse manager left just 6months into the job.

      Cons

      Poor management and vision from the top Low pay and they asked to do extra tasks outside of what you are hired for Micro management No 401K matching, stock options was a joke. They had investor coming in to buy the place for awhile but noone wants it. Avoid a guy name Tuan as a warehouse manager there. Hes uptight and being an azzhole to everyone.
