      AMAZING culture and work-life balance Competitive pay Zero high-ego employees—everyone is very humble and proficient in their field

      Sometimes chaotic—plans can change completely with no notice It can be hard to get ahold of people in other departments because the managers have many different balls to juggle.

      It’s a small, quickly growing company, so naturally, there’s some growing pains. They make an effort to be proactive in hiring and company development, but with each step, learning how to complete the process better next time.
