      Pros

      In the last few years Cabot has invested a lot in team housing, shuttles, free meals, and social/activities that it's become a great place to meet new people from around the world, yes... work hard, but feel that people care.

      Cons

      Guests can be challenging and entitled. You'll work really hard!

      beautiful work setting outside, meeting people from across the globe that are thrilled to be golfing at a world-famous course.

      some days are very long, especially if the course is moving slowly.

      Management can be "Yes" staff and so will heap work on staff without any grasp on what is doable or achievable.
