Excellent management, variety of projects, competitive pay and healthy work atmosphere

Construction projects can be seasonable but this company does a great job showing they will do whatever they can to keep good people, even when projects are light.
Some of the co-workers are really nice to work with. Flexible schedule, pay can be decent.

Treatment of people is not consistent, women are undervalued. Micro-managed and it's not a normal work environment - very oppressive, unappreciative and duplicitous
