      Some of the co-workers are really nice to work with. Flexible schedule, pay can be decent.

      Cons

      Treatment of people is not consistent, women are undervalued. Micro-managed and it's not a normal work environment - very oppressive, unappreciative and duplicitous

      Excellent management, variety of projects, competitive pay and healthy work atmosphere

      Cons

      Construction projects can be seasonable but this company does a great job showing they will do whatever they can to keep good people, even when projects are light.

      Used to be very good for personal growth.

      Cons

      Utilize junior level employees for project plans. Less time to generate the report. Therefore, copy and paste mentality for developing documents.
