- Leadership gives very poor communication (almost expects you to be a mind reader) - Small company with a small mentality - Owner seems to have no vision or direction for the company - Very little project variety - Owner is very opinionated and can get gossipy about others in the workplace ( no accountability or lack of responsibility for her own decisions) - Very talented or skilled employees are underutilized and underappreciated - Leadership values quantity over quality - Leadership expects employees to be wear multiple hats and be jack of all trades to avoid having to hire additional people for separate roles - Leadership poorly manages timelines for projects and sets unrealistic expectations for clients
