Abusive management and scare tactics. I never walked out of a job until I worked here. They are demanding of you. The men who work here are openly sexist towards women. I asked for change and was scolded by a male manager for not bringing my own change. The next day a man asked the same manager for change and he said “sure man come into the office!” As I was walking behind them. The men in upper management said to me “good luck finding a job where you can make $3,000 a month as a part time server.” Well I’m glad I quit because I’m now making 4,000 a month working 3 days a week with a much less demanding schedule. There’s way better serving jobs in Seattle than this trash place of a company. They guilt trip you if you need time off or if you can’t find someone to cover your shifts.

Problems with management at individual stores, felt like I took a trip back to middle school. Management gossiping with employees, people backstabbing one another to move higher up the management laddar.
