Honestly love the owners and their vision for the company. John K. is also the most selfless person, I have learned a lot from him and I will always be inspired by how hard he works for himself, his team and the company as a whole. Amazing training program, lots to learn which was intimidating but with one on one trainings, quizzes along the way and study material, you start to remember quicker than expected. The food, need I say more?
Cons
Problems with management at individual stores, felt like I took a trip back to middle school. Management gossiping with employees, people backstabbing one another to move higher up the management laddar.
