The work-life balance is terrible, and employers don't respect boundaries. When you try to leave, they manipulate you using personal matters. They lack ethics, have tons of documentation, pay poorly, and have very poor communication skills. Their organization skills are nonexistent, and they can't handle feedback. Dont really care about their employees. The only reason the place still functions is because a few employees pick up the slack for others. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you see, there's always a post available, looking for employees as someone keeps quitting always due to many factors which is a proof.
