      - Company with strong growth - Good atmosphere - Professional team - Very nice premises and good working conditions

      Cons

      - Not (yet) very structured in the functions of HR and Marketing - No onboarding program - Lack in the diversity of profiles and personalities - No gender balance, even if the will is there (no female in C-level positions, very few in management positions)
