Great coworkers, and great money if you are a server. Can make lots of tips. Can be a fun environment. Great money for a part time job, especially during the summer and holidays. Easy to get shifts covered during the offseason.

Cons

Extremely hardwork when it is busy. You have to work for your tips. Often complications with kitchen and management. Very few hours/shifts are given during the off season.
