Management is not very aligned when it comes to hierarchy and daily tasks

High Volume restaurant for most of the year

Tip out is too high and servers don't know how much goes to who. Hosts are severely unorganized and don't know anything about table numbers, sections, or the restaurant in general. Triple and quadruple sat. Most managers are always on their phones or on social media or just standing not helping. Stuff is always dirty and needs a second cleaning before servers give to customers.
