Great food, great co-workers, and an over-all fun atmosphere.

Cons

Management at the Hillsdale location is not the best. Promotions when you are a host or a servers assistant don't occur. All of the fun little challenges and rewards are given to the servers only. Often we are over-scheduled so servers profits are greatly reduced.
