      It is hard to keep qaulity when you lack qaulity in upper management

      Pros

      Owner is a very thoughtful person and truly wants the best for the employees. It can be hard to balance but keep focusing on people (customers/employees) alike and things will keep moving forward.

      Cons

      Lower management are wonderful people but have become complacent. I would suggest to keep helping them grow but you need to replace upper management with someone with real experience or you essentially just have an extra manager floating around micromanaging because they have no idea what they should be doing.

      Unreasonable dress code, lack of system in the upper management, too much expectations for a minimum/close-to-minimum wage job, lack of communication.
