      Pros

      Great staff. Good location. Profitable company. Market leaders. New technology. Always trying to improve and challenge themselves. Directors are always hands on and control their company from the front lines. The team all work hard together and help is on hand. The company doos are always fun and on Caice.

      Cons

      Pay grade can be a mismatch to the workload. Support can be lacking as they transition through unknown types of projects. Computer systems don't match the requirements of the Engineers but I believe this will be rectified in the near future.

      Pros

      Good Flexibility- varied roles at part-time which is positive. Things like Summer Flex allow employees to temporarily change hours to enjoy family time. Not too many meetings but a lot of ongoing projects. Colleagues are why there’s 2 stars, lovely people working hard.

      Cons

      Management lacks diversity- very few (if any) women in management roles. Favouritism exists, unless you play the game you’ll be overlooked for promotion.

      Pros

      Specialists in the HVAC industry, particularly acoustics and air movement. Can be an interesting place/projects to work on if any interest of acoustics or engineering

      Cons

      Can be very technical with a steep learning curve if no prior experience or knowledge of acoustics. All of the Directors are long standing work/life friends as well - make of this what you will.
