      Pros

      Salary and good benefits except the retirement investment options. There are a few really good managers with actual experience, but may not be empowered to make needed decisions.

      Cons

      Where to begin? - Unstable - Rampant favoritism - Management behaviors/decision are focused on self preservation, not the best interest of project - or CP - Inexperienced, insecure managers who inflate their qualifications, BS their way through it all. - CRAs are expendable and may be thrown under any passing bus if it “serves purpose” (scapegoating).

      Zero training or mentorship for onboarding members

      Amazing colleagues; great teamwork; decent pay coming in the door

      Cons

      No work life balance at all. The client always comes first at all costs, even the costs of the non-stop revolving door. With regards to the client, 'No' is never an option not matter how unreasonable the request. No extra compensation or any kind of acknowledgement for extra work, time and effort. You will be overloaded then blamed for things you can't get to with the implication that you are incompetent. No promotion from within. They'd rather hire strangers from outside than reward existing staff. Don't waste your time, no one at Clinipace will care about you, everyone is expendable . They'll use you up and spit you out. Keep looking.
