      Great pay and benefits. Many good employees at the company to work with.

      Cons

      Not a good management team. Management team works as individuals making their own decisions and not taking the overall well-being of the company into consideration. They will let anyone go for any reason and not think about the individual or the hard work they have done for the company. Beware...

      Wonderful experience with great fellow employees. Lots of hard work and long hours, but the same for everyone, and we knew we all had a common goal...To make the company not only successful financially, but successful in building relationships with other companies, contractors, and investors, as well. Relationships that would create trust - in our values and the commitments we made, confidence - in our expertise and the high standards we placed on our quality of work, and a certainty - that we would all work as long and hard as it took to get the job done right, ethically, and to the satisfaction of all involved.

      Great benefits, generous PTO, small company, exciting industry, continual raises and bonuses, insurance plans, hard working colleagues

      Cons

      Poor communication and accountability, no set standards throughout the company on employee policies, which can lead to animosity between departments. Because of it's fast growth, has become very "clique-ish".
