Overworked and underappreciated, nothing like they advertise to be as an employer.

Pros

We gain discounts from working under the hotel brand we work under, as well as cairn group rewards, which is great.

Cons

No internal discount programming for discounts at other properties within the group. Have to operate several properties, with no increase of pay. Pay should reflect the work we have to do.

Not many to be honest

Cons

They clearly don't care about their people. Examples are: they delay payrolls and make redundancies across sites but at the same time they buy a new massive hotel in Sunderland. Other than that, employees with disciplinary notes keep working across sites and nothing is done against them despite them being reported for their bad behaviour.
