I’m sharing this to protect others from going through what I experienced at CAIZ. What looks like a promising company is, in reality, a highly unethical and disorganized operation with a history of unpaid wages, wrongful terminations, and manipulation.
During my time at CAIZ, I witnessed and experienced deliberate contract breaches, sudden terminations without following legal or contractual procedures, and blatant refusal to pay salaries, reimbursements, and expenses — despite employees working long hours and delivering on their responsibilities. Many of us were let go without proper reason, feedback, notice, and were denied money we were legally owed for time worked.
The company has a high turnover rate, not because of employees’ performance, but because of the leadership’s unethical practices, poor management, and lack of transparency. I have since discovered that there are multiple lawsuits and formal complaints against them for similar patterns of non-payment and exploitation. They only care about their public image after the fact versus treating people with respect. If you’re reading this, RUN AWAY
