Pros
Discount for hospital services is bigger than other hospitals.
Cons
No hazard pay despite being exposed to sick patients/relatives. Since the work directly deals with patients, there are times that you have to work overtime BUT, when it's time for you to file it and seek approval of management, you have to undergo a rigorous defense why you had to render overtime on that specific day. A lot of "whys" and several proofs just to justify. You'll just end up giving up for that approval because it's gonna take a lot of your time, effort, and stress for that little compensation of overtime you didn't want in the first place.
