Pros
Friendly and supportive team atmosphere. Good relationships with colleagues. Management is generally approachable. Flexible with personal needs when possible. Pleasant office environment overall.
Cons
Constant pressure due to lack of staff. Workload is often too high. Limited opportunities for rest or downtime. Sometimes unclear priorities from leadership. Can feel burnout over time.

- Offices look okay - The course is going well
Cons
- The company pays either a minimum or very close to the minimum - The customers are already mad even before calling due to a very bad QOS - Being in the front and taking the yelling and madness of the customers due to the lack of respect of the employer. - The management doesn't care about the workers, constantly demanding to be disrespected by customers and not allowing any minor change for the good of the customer. On top of that constantly annoy you by offering a customer an unneeded plan for an extra small bonus.
