      Not a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      They actually do help women, children and families. Some people who work there are nice. Flexible hours but you put in a lot.

      Cons

      Here are just a few: Strange cult-ish vibe to their culture very few will feel comfortable with for long. Owner makes employees write positive reviews, most will be positive if they feel their jobs depend on it. If you don't fit in with their "culture" you will be treated very poorly. Company has a great mission and they do help many women and families but be mindful before accepting a position with this company.

      High quality products and help women's pelvic health

      Cons

      No effort into developing employees, no performance reviews, over works employees, not a great interview process, conflict of interest with CEO and Chief of Staff in a relationship, ethics is questionable, can't hire fast enough, doesn't believe in working from home/remotely, horrible training, very unorganized in most departments, COO is so busy it affects everyone's performance below him. Exploits workers.
