Here are just a few: Strange cult-ish vibe to their culture very few will feel comfortable with for long. Owner makes employees write positive reviews, most will be positive if they feel their jobs depend on it. If you don't fit in with their "culture" you will be treated very poorly. Company has a great mission and they do help many women and families but be mindful before accepting a position with this company.
