Some of the managers are nice, staff are nice
Cons
- No breaks unless you want to pay for food - Unfair shifts (no 11 hour break between shifts) some weekends id work till 3am on friday, saturday and then be expected to go back in for midday on sunday - Tips are definitely not fully distributed to staff - Zero hour contracts are a nightmare - Expensive drinks which customers complain about - the staff who have no control over this have to deal with it - No proper training - Strict ridiculous rules (for example threat of losing job if you forget so sign bar card in/out) - Management constantly looking for reasons to pick faults
