      Small company with a large knowledge base. Fair wages and benefits. Continues to grow year over year in sales.

      Cons

      Due to company head count, certain benefits may not be offered or not as robust as those of a larger company. Maybe required to wear more than one hat.

      A fair wage, good benefits, great teamwork, family atmosphere, Owned by a family in Italy, making a profit, only site in North America, open to many tasks which keeps the job fresh.

      Cons

      Small company, fewer people so conflict can be easy to spot, Corporate controls ERP system and ability to change or add to, sometimes Language, now advancement due to small company struture.
