      The job itself is rewarding

      Cons

      The organization as a whole is lack luster at best. If you try and bring up concerns or have a difference of opinion with anything you will be written up and then fired. They think of their employees as nothing more than disposable.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most companies in the same sector. That's pretty much it for pros.

      Cons

      The management group is corrupt. They prevent client's from progressing and graduating from their program so that they can keep the money train coming. They are wasteful in their use of government funds.
