      Generous salary and inexpensive healthcare.

      Cons

      Awful high level management, the worst training I’ve ever experienced (or lack of training). Job duties and position changes to suite mood of upper management . Broken promises.

      Zero, I have no pros regarding this company.

      Cons

      - No respect for their employees, or their residents. - Will not pay you your appropriate wages. - Cheap AF. - Terrible Health Benefits - Expects you to work the equivalent of 5 people's jobs as a single human being. - Upper management has absolutely ZERO on site experience, don't ever expect a helping hand. - They're stuck in the A.D. era. Everything is done old school. - ZERO training is provided. They just hope you know what you're doing. - Shall I go on?????? Seriously, don't bother with this company.
