Weekends off – I agree Making an exception for this ex-employee to take an additional 30 minutes of lunch every day to accommodate a family member (We care about our employees and their families) – I think this was left off on purpose Rehiring this ex-employee twice after abandoning their position with no notice (This ex-employee was rehired as a sign of compassion for their personal situations) – We care about our employees, their families, and their health – I think this was left off on purpose Accommodated their working schedules for personal reasons – This was also left off We believe in our employees and their ability to grow within the company I personally valued this employee for their dedication to customers, willingness to learn, and strong work ethics. I am extremely disappointed that their inexcusable behavior and insubordination caused them to no longer be employed with Calibre International. Wishing them luck on their future employment. We stand by our Mission statement! I recommend any potential candidate to seek employment at Calibre International aka HCL. Our benefits, working hours, dedicated staff, and competitive pay make it worthwhile working for HCL.
