      Ok to get a foot in the construction door Rostered days off Hrs 7-3 one 15min break

      Cons

      Low pay high pressure, safety is a paper you sign but not always followed unless inspector on site. Sick days will make your job difficult and poor communication from management,

      Pros

      Working Saturdays is 1.5 pay for first 2 hours then double pay for remaining. Owners seemed decent.

      Cons

      They try to lure you in saying what a great company they are. Everyone you work with will treat you like crap. Have to argue and have a go at everyone at least 5 times a day everyday. First time working 2 hours in I didn’t hear what size pipe they wanted cut and the pipe layer had a go at me. *** They expect you to work every Saturday and look down at you if you don’t ***
