      Pros

      Clear responsibilities and an appreciation for life outside the office (the CEO is a mother of 5 and gets it). Great training and very positive vibe. Everyone is nice and gets along.

      Cons

      The day is planned tightly with minimal downtime. The tasks are very clear but not much chilling time.

      The work and goals are extremely clear and daily meetings lay out exactly what to focus on. The new office is gorgeous and everyone is nice.

      Cons

      It can be very busy at times with little down time. Some weeks are lighter.
