Pros
I worked there for 8 years. They were amazing at the beginning, until the company was sold to greedy & rude people. So the last 2 years there were no pros.
Cons
They liked psychics who gave people fairy-tale endings. because these people were so distressed they would return and tell you they never got an honest reading. They prey on depressed, lonely & often unhoused battered women & miserable people who will pay for lies just to speak to someone who appears to care. They were bought by a company who tripled the psychics, which decreased earnings by over 50%. They began to demand scripted emails to callers, such as claiming that we just got an important message for them from Spirit. Anyone who did not get onboard with weekly Zoom 'Town Halls' were suddenly disappeared. They pay thousands a month on publicity, the only ones who gain are them. They put in a new online system which was always malfunctioning. Even the Receptionists at the Call Centre sounded depressed from having to deal with Management. All of their New-Age promotions are completely the reverse of what this company culture provides. It is truly a shame that this company culture has deteriorated from what it started out as. Oh and don't get me started on their hiring process. They take your application even if they're not hiring. Then they tell you, that you cannot re-apply for 6 months. When I figured this out, I used my psychic gifts to know when to apply. Opposites attract. A Narcissistic mindset attracts Empaths. When the company was under 300 psychics, at least 5 people died each year. This is not normal. Beware of working for this shallow company culture.
