They pay above market value in order to attract talent.
Cons
Work life balance work 6 days a week or are on call since no one can problem solve. Career progression. Will almost always hire externally for a role or lowball internal candidates. Many incompetent people in leadership positions. At least one manager is borderline psychotic. Firefighting approach to problem solving
